Can you consider asking one of your talented techy-guys to construct some of the music on this page for YouTube:
http://www.purplesongscanfly.org/music.html
I would love to be able to share a YouTube link with all of my distance learning students and email subscribers about your efforts. I believe this would receive more "hits" than your mp3 files currently do. Your effort is certainly something that would attract a viral advertising effort through YouTube. Please, please, please consider doing this!
I learned of this from the Reader's Digest article.

Absolutely amazing idea! I was diagnosed with cancer just a few months before my 21st birthday. My 6 year old son was diagnosed with leukemia only days after he turned 2. He began six very long and difficult months of chemotherapy seven days after he was diagnosed. The one thing I did notice is he loved it when I sang to him, still does, but it truly seemed to soothe him. I really believe music warms the heart and calms the soul and I am proud to announce he is doing wonderful now and has his check-ups at the survivors clinic! I pray that one day there will be no person, child or adult, who will have to suffer from this horrible thief called cancer. You are giving these children a wonderful opportunity, the chance to heal and overcome. May God bless you all in everything you are doing because it's a wonderful thing!

This is a very worthy outreach. My mother died 10 years ago this Feb. 15th at age 92. She had a very loving heart & adored the color purple. If you have not heard about Children's Healthcre of Atlanta, they have a similar can & blood disorders wing. This is the link: http://www.choa.org/default.aspx?id=244
I do this b/c I believe you could get donations for your program by perhaps coming to Atlanta for a day to write somgs with the children here suffering from the same disorders here in Atlanta. WSB radio 750 would likely help with air time. I will pass along the information whenever I get the chance. This is a wonderful piece of our collective hearts. Thank you.

This is truly a wonderful idea. Having had cancer as an adult, I know how devastating it is. I can only imagine the impact this has on children. Your program has given children the opportunity to express creatively themselves and to "forget" what is a daily ordeal for a period of time.

I came across your website and just wanted to say how much I admire what you are doing to make the lives of children better. These kids face such intense and extreme difficulties and I'm sure the time you spend with them in creating a song gets their minds off of their illness. As a musician myself, I am very inspired by you to look into doing something similar in my area (Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey). Thanks and Happy New Year. Keep doing what you are doing and God Bless You.

What an awe inspiring, spirit building, memory making, jaw dropper of a project! Our only child, Jamie, died September 13th, 2007 of Rhabdomyosarcoma at our home, in our arms. He was treated at University of California San Francisco but we live in Nevada. We were gone from home for so long but he fought the battle with everything he had. He was used to fighting though, as he was born with Spina Bifida and spent the first 4 wks of his life at TCH in the Neo Natal unit. He was a constant patient there for 2 yrs, before we moved out west. He would have LOVED this project. I wish you could expand it to all the chilfen's hospitals. I know I am going to forward your website onto the Child Life people at UCSF, so they can learn about it. These songs are precious, in more ways than one. I wish I had one to hear my son's voice. Thank you for making them.
