Purple Songwriting and Recording goes remote during the COVID19 pandemic. All songs are written remotely while the studios close to protect the highly immunocompromised environment in the Cancer and Hematology Center

Purple Songs travel undersea to the Titanic.
In celebration of Purple Songs Can Fly's 15th Anniversary, Scott Parazynski, Astronaut-Physician-Inventor-Explorer, and Meenakshi Wadhwa, Director of the School of Earth and Space Exploration at Arizona State University and Principal Scientist for the Mars Sample Return Program, traveled over 12,500 feet below sea level, carrying the children's songs on a small fly drive. Purple Songs Can Fly had quite an adventure on the first Titanic Research Mission aboard the OceanGate submersible, Titan.
