Voted Teacher of the Year for two years in a row at Houston's Pershing Middle School and HISD Southwest District, Carol Younkin has worked extensively in film, television, commercials, and theater.  A gifted actress, director, musician, script writer and educator, Carol shares her many gifts with Purple Songs Can Fly as the Producer of its radio show on The Voice America Kids Network, and as the stage director and script writer for Purple Songs' first original musical, JOURNEY TO HOPE, as well as our new musical, HOPE CAN HAPPEN.
